All classes are designed with creative activities that help resist "writer's block" and infuse students with tools to incorporate focused skills and techniques in their assignments. Purposeful yet entertaining, each assignment will equip the students to write effectively and successfully.
The Writing Classes use the WriteShop curriculum and Write Source reference texts.
The literature and research classes teach the critical skills necessary to analyze and incorporate taught skills necessary for success in high school and college. Appropriate curriculum will be used (see class descriptions and click "Book Ordering" for texts for each class).
All parents / students will have access to "Engrade," a secure website to view assignments and grades.
